7 pm: Keynote Speaker Brook Le Van
8 pm: Keynote Q & A, discussion with audience

Location: Aspinall-Wilson Center, Gunnison, CO
Registration begins at 8:15 am
8:30 am: Coffee baked goods and Colorado produced fruit buffet.
9:00 – 10:15 am: National Panel discussion with Dr. John E. Ikerd and Jim Goodman.
10:15 – 10:45 am: Panel Q & A and group discussion.
10:45 to 11 am: BREAK
11 - 12 pm: Panel Discussion 2 with local food producers and experts. Speakers include Bill Parker, Nancy Wicks, Dominique Bador and Seth Roberts.
12pm – 12:30 pm: Panel Q & A and group discussion.
12:30 – 1:30 pm: Locally Produced Foods Luncheon at the Aspinall Wilson Center
12:30 – 1:30 pm: John Ikerd book signing with proceeds benefiting the Symposium (book signing will be held during lunch).
1:30 pm: Prepare for tours.

Early Registration and Registration FeesPlease Register as early as possible to help us plan accordingly.
Attend the entire event for $35 per person OR:
Thursday September 25 Keynote Speaker presentation plus Wine and Cheese reception for $10 per person
Entire day's events and meals on Friday, September 26 for only $25 per person,
Breakfast, Panel Presentations and discussion and locally produced foods luncheon for only for $20 per person (no tours),
Afternoon tours only for $10 per person,
Important Note: Student cost is $15 per person for the entire Symposium. Please present a valid ID for alcohol consumption.
All elected officials receive complimentary admission to the entire Symposium.
